Workshop

Our workshop in Freischling (Lower Austria) provides us with the opportunity to produce almost all parts of our instruments by ourselves. We produce even the bells and valve assemblies, which most small manufacturers purchase elsewhere. This way, we are able to directly and in short time put new ideas into practice in development and model maintenance.
In order to become more independent from sheet metal suppliers, we started to roll our own sheet metals. Thanks to a fortunate coincidence, we could acquire a thin sheet rolling mill from the late nineteenth century, and after a thorough overhauling, this rare and precious machine now provides us with the opportunity to produce any given sheet thickness.
So, we have the ability to produce historically correct sheet thicknesses without compromise. To retain our independence in the area of bell construction, we also create the required tools and molds in our own workshop.
